Each Leading Smart Live session begins with a discussion on a specific leadership topic.
I’ll present the topic, outline the key issues, and give you my take based on my decades of experience.
Then we’ll open the floor for discussion. Drill down on the topic of the month, or head to the issue of your choice. For at least half the time, the floor is open!
Get the benefit of not only my personal experience, but that of the other attendees. We’ll work together to give you the best answers we can.
